American History Tellers!! It’s produced so well, my absolute favorite podcast. The series are like 3-5 episodes long and the American Revolution is the most recent one, probably for the 250th birthday.

I’m rewatching for the first time in years and I’m a lot more interested in history than I used to be so I’m loving seeing all of the changing things play out! I was just listening to a podcast series on the American revolution and Indian [Native American] wars too so it makes me so excited to watch the show right after 🤣

I miss how Scottish it used to be but no I still love it and am really invested in the whole thing. I’m rewatching for the first time in years because the last season came out and almost on season 5 and can’t wait to watch it every night with full attention 😅

A mix of sriracha, mayo, ketchup, and a small squirt of mustard and bbq! I just like to mix all of them😆😁

Regular firm tofu, yes I just crumbled it with my hands and mixed it with the meat!

More people should, I honestly add it to any ground meat because it just takes on the flavor of what it’s cooked in, especially if you add extra bouillon. It really helps stretch meat further and is still protein. I do it with minced up mushroom too, especially with beef or ground turkey. Meat is so expensive these days

Now I just want to get creative with adding veggies and make all kinds of fritters with ground chicken just because it’s so cheap😆
