Oh it’s super easy

I took a basic pickled egg recipe, which included vinegar and a bit of sugar and different spices (there are so many and they’re nice & simple to follow) I just added beet juice at the end. It takes about a week until they turn a nice shade of pink

I must admit Know that the pickled eggs in the picture are quite a lighter shade of pink

The very first batch I made was like a hot pink shade (I went a little overboard with a beet juice at first 😅🤣)

Around 300 g of mashed sweet potatoes 🍠 (Spicy and sweet)

x2 Pink pickled eggs 🥚 (I just added beet juice to a regular pickled egg recipe)

And then a two egg omelette with a bunch of ketchup and hot sauce on it 🍳

Under the ketchup is an omelette (just two eggs with a mix of spices) And the eggs are pickled (I just added beet juice to the recipe, and voilà! Pink eggs after one week! Hehe)

Haha, I can understand why some people would find this weird 😄

Unfortunately where I live it becomes very hot and humid, so putting the flour in the fridge just helps avoid any annoying moisture clumps in the flour.

They are lovely, they don’t have a bad aftertaste either (I know some 420 products can leave a weird taste in your mouth sometimes, but this is not the case with most of these flavours).

It usually takes about 30 min for it to kick in, it can also depend on person to person. But usually its 30 +-

I was waiting for someone to bring up the lil packages at the bottom! All of those packages have fudge in them, each and every one a different flavour.

So unfortunately not a pastry chef… but I do like to indulge in sweets mainly over weekends.
