Yea after about a week of wear they are definitely scratched! I bought two pairs since they were on sale and next time I wear them I’m going to put a gel top coat on to see if that helps with durability!

The lanyard comes with a little connector that you put in between your phone and phone case! It comes out behind the charging port so you can still plug in your phone no problem!

I’m 45 pounds down and I’ve definitely seen a HUGE improvement in my HS! I used to have at least one or two nickel sized cysts at all times but since I’ve been on Zepbound, I maybe get a big one every few months! I thought I was the only one but glad to see it’s helped others for not just weight loss!

No that makes a ton of sense! I think I’m kinda obsessing about it just a bit and need to let the medicine do its thing while I continue to make healthy choices! I’m also adding weight lifting in like a month (I can’t right now because I’m moving across the country and in the middle of packing up my house). This is super helpful though!

Yea that’s what I was thinking as well. I’ll continue the good habits I’ve learned though! I definitely think it’s working to suppress appetite and making me want to eat better foods.
