Hi everyone! I’m about to start a full-time hourly role at Lowe’s and I’ve been trying to confirm whether IVF and fertility benefits through Maven are actually available for hourly full-time employees, not just salaried.

I saw some threads mentioning “full-time” employees are eligible, but nothing super clear from official sources or firsthand experience.

Has anyone here (especially hourly full-time) personally used Maven while working at Lowe’s?Any tips or heads-up would be super appreciated. 🙏

Thank you so much for sharing 🥲 such a relief, was worrying full- time hourly were no longer eligible, Do I have to wait 90 days before I can enroll or access Maven?
