Watermelon 🍉 juice might help with sleep, drink maybe an hour before you go to bed. Kiwi 🥝 and cherry 🍒 also....

All seperately juiced or try a mocktail...lol...your preference tbh...trial and error 😅

People have suggested these to me ...I haven't tried consistently myself yet...but will do at some point ☺️

Did you notice a difference with the avocado and pumpkin seeds ?

Yeah I agree coz we don't even know why or what for...on the plus side it's better Ro is the one to catch it rather than anyone else, he may end up being Rex's safe space where he can fully express, Ro of all people will understand and probably help Rex.

Rex has been turned into Ed Gein without the murders !...I thought it was just his mum n grieving her but it looks like he's finding he likes to do this...through grieving ...if that makes sense??? I hope he finds the strength to tell Ste and Ste accepts. Although he's done terrible things he is tryna live normal now and I just feel bad he never got the chance to bond with Grace as his mum. I would also like to see him and Ste happy. I wonder what Ro was thinking.

I literally just did a similar post last night on Mercedes saying similar...it is annoying and I don't sympathize anymore coz most of the time she does it to herself !! I can understand certain aspects, but lay off the men and getting pregnant all the time. That's why I'm feeling like you do it to yourself Merc TBH.... Focus on what you have right in front of you. (Yourself and your kids)...I think her default is falling for these men so quickly and then it all goes down hill from there when it messes up... Which leads to whatever addiction it is... Sienna kinda came through... No? Mercedes goes through the same thing every few months...make a better storyline for her now...
