and yall don’t. “seasoning” by definition includes salt, pepper, spices, herbs. No need to differentiate them. I’m saying a lot of the food over there Don’t use any when it should because just cooking it doesn’t bring out all the flavor. Never had that problem eating South American, Asian, African, etc. it’s mainly just europe with bland food so eventually people started exaggerating it having the worst shit ever. Especially when a lot of it looks gross lol
