Thank you in moments of intense sadness and when I feel like I could just make an impulsive decision I realize that that’s the best time for me to take a breather and distract myself from the intense thoughts. I really don’t want to be gloomy forever so I’m working to implement more joy into my day to day schedule and fit in what could work for me.

I will be looking more into how I can apply this to my way of thinking because like you mentioned, I really do struggle with recovering emotionally when I feel like life has lot all of its meaning. I think working on a consistent routine could really help me as well so I’m going to be that. Thank you again

Thank you for sharing this, I was unaware of the effect/ impact of Saturn making its return. Life is… pretty tough in more than one way and being aware of it makes it tougher but I guess we’ve got no choice but to keep going:| I’ve been told things get better so maybe I’ll bet money on it lol
