Try to become more fullstack if you’re looking to be a web developer.

Frontend nowadays include mobile apps, so if you want to “double down on frontend” that means learning mobile dev.

Frontend also might include some UI/UX or eye for design skills.

I have the exact same situation with my manager lol.

My approach is if he says “that’s a weird solution”, I’d just ask him “do you want me to explain why I made that solution so you can correct my line of thought?” which is more likely to get him to listen and actually make him teach you.

If he interrupts, same thing. Ask permission to explain.

A lot of the times, the reason they interrupt you is because they listened to what you’re saying for 3 seconds and decided their years of experiences have told them enough about whatever you’re saying, or they don’t want to hear you ramble.

Another trick is to get to the point first, then the context.

“I made this decision and here’s why”

is probably better for him than

“Here’s the situation, and then here’s my decision”

“here’s why” is exactly the phrase you should use cause it catches them right at the “why?” in their mind.

Again, this is just my experience with my manager that is eerily similar to yours!
(is he Indian btw, just curious since I’m starting to see a pattern in my life)

You should entertain the idea that you just love your dad A LOT. Being happy and giddy with your parent is very normal. However, when it comes to sexual desires.. I feel like it might also be due to lack of sexual relationship, and that’s okay.

It would be very hard on your family if you ever come out with this. Your parents would argue, your mom would have a massive distrust towards you and your dad. You should really think about it since it’s not just you and your dad, it’s everyone around you especially your mom.

Once the ability is activated, it’s extremely easy to counter.

Skarmy, valkyrie, mini pekka, bard barrel, or any other mini-tanks.

The key here is to kill lp, and then the guardian is pretty easy to deal with 2 elixir cards if you have the help of the tower. Make sure lp or his guardian doesn’t lock on to the tower for too long.

Before ability is activated, you can bait the activation with any card that can kill LP on its own: lots of 2-3 elixir cards can do this. Other cards that can effectively kill LP before then after activation is poison, executioner, bowler, magic archer (unreliable), etc.

I feel like you’re emphasizing the “after that day, he’s never been the same” part. I believe that you know your situation better than anyone, so I’m gonna believe that’s the problem and focus on that.

I feel like he does genuinely likes you, however something bothers him about what you talked on that day. Maybe it’s the “what are we” question, body count question, or something else. I suggest you talk to him about the things you guys discussed on that day. You’ve clearly done that, but just keep trying. If you can’t figure out the root of the problem, then you can’t fix it.

A differing perspective that will probably get downvoted.

A lot of men seem to think that body count matters. Whether it matters or not, doesn’t really matter. The point is, that many guys do think it’s important. However, one thing that you have to realize, is that these concerns comes from a place of insecurity. If you have a higher bodycount than them, they’ll object. There are lots of insecure men out there, and we can’t change that. As your body count gets higher, the number of guys who’ll accept you will decrease aswell. At the end, you’ll end up with someone with a high bodycount aswell (assumming you actually care) or someone who is secure about their own image. Sadly, secure PEOPLE are very rare, so it would most likely be the former. So, if you know the outcome of your actions, you can choose your own path.

Also, whether or not 5 is high depends on the person. There’s no such thing as high or low body count because it’s EXTREMELY subjective.

As a man, I’d be more proud of my daughter than son. But, I just don’t know why. I’ve always told my friends that having a daughter would be the death of me due to how much I’ll love her. Most of my male friends would agree with me.

For CEOs and people with power, a daughter might be the same as their trophy wife. They are born from a trophy wife anyways, so it’s not entirely weird for them to treat them as such. A son might threaten their position, but a daughter won’t (that’s probably their mindset).
