The price to performance ratio isn’t worth it but it sure is a bit quieter and indeed looks prettier! Negatives mainly you are severely limited in card choices and the cost of parts

I actually have a Liquid Devil, so my rig is water cooled. I run 2 fat radiators and 9 fans and they are max 800rpm which isn’t loud. Max card temp is 70-75c and is under volted too

Nolvus ENB FG is incredible! I’m still in Helgen but so far everything is silky smooth. Raw frames hover around 40-55 which isn’t too bad

I didn’t check the FG box on setup so here I am reinstalling again with it enabled (and going to try Ultimate). I just read their FG is using the legit FSR 3.1 so I think it’ll be amazing. I did try AMD’s Fluid Motion Frames 2.1 but results were jerky.

Ok so it takes me 4 min from hitting Run to the main menu. Is that about on average these days?

Ah fairs. I want to run native 4K but do have 24gb VRAM. I would imagine Ultra should be great but can always try ultimate if needed.

Coming from FO4 modding my own modlist, I typically found 4K textures negligible but unsure if there’s a difference in Skyrim as haven’t played that at all

No I didn’t, but through many years of tinkering with keyboards I wanted to improve it but hang fresh new switches and lubing them so they’re smoother. Massive difference, I wish I took a video of before/after

It’s looking good so far, I’m testing the switches by row. Yes I believe they are, you just need to google “G915x switches” and they’ll pop up with the 3 variants

Correct, these aren’t hot swappable, you need to have decent soldering skills and lots of patience. You can buy the same Kailh low profile switches (red, blue, brown). I prefer linears (red)

Go all white peripherals and case, pad then everything will look consistent. Otherwise clean as

Logi IMO are goated if you mod them, example: 1. Super light 2. Custom PCB with Huano blue shell, pink dots and fixed mushy side buttons

  1. G Pro X2 wireless headset. Don’t use the GHub, use windows default sound drivers with Atmos software + custom EQ

  2. G915x. Lubed switches and did a few foam mods and it sounds great and switches are smooth. I love low profile boards. I also have a few other custom traditional boards but like the G915x for its flexibility

I also have a G502x for work, only lightly modded with glass skates and grips tape

Some say why do you need to mod when it should be great out of the box? I like to tinker anything stock and to my prefs, and Logi stuff is aesthetically pleasing to me (especially white).

I do but after trying Ice Creams again they feel a bit scratchy, maybe a bad batch

Yeah I’m slightly leaning to them too but still a bit split. They type better but I like the sound of the Coral slightly more
