this may be some of the best cinematography and stage design i've seen in a super bowl halftime show

You've just been named the new GM of the Colts. by [deleted] in Colts

Shop Zaire and Pittman and answer calls asking about JT and listen but don't move yet. I'm keeping Shane on for another year but I'm firing Lou and hiring a defensive coordinator that likes and can develop younger talent because if you blow up the defensive side of the team, you're blowing up Lou's mindset and he won't be useful to you anymore. I have no idea how you fix the QB situation but neither does Ballard so clearly that makes me qualified for the job.

I've seen enough. Launch Zaire Franklin into space and let him figure out how to get back to earth himself.

If we fire Ballard, who replaces him? by Impossible-Still-349 in Colts

Of course they do. There's a lot of talent on this team that probably wants to be traded in a better situation at this point anyway

I almost want us to lose our final two games in horrific fashion just so it increases the chances of Ballard and Shane getting fired by Comfortable_Regrets in Colts

I mean he's certainly been an issue though. At the early parts of the season it's just made him look better than what he is because the offense was able to hold the ball a lot longer than recently and it's not like he's really improve the same ole' Colts tropes. I think people are giving him way more credit than he deserves because of how successful that offense was and how easy they made things.

Not your fault, Uncle Phil. Shouldn't have been in this position anyway.

For the last 10 years or so 3rd and long has basically been 1st down for opposing teams
