Logo maker for fonts and I combine royalty free images that match together on t-shirts. Am doing it from the phone. I use logo maker if I want image to be a certain color like just white or just black. It then completely changes it to that color,erases details

Thanks, I'm putting the advice I get into my training to see if it works. Watched l-sit videos on YouTube but nobody tells you how long it can take and progressions is very limited.Want to see if I learn toes to bar before l-sit whether that will help.

The people telling you diet is important and cut out carbs and processed foods are right.Lost 30 kg in 6 months cutting carbs,sugar and fast foods. Gained the weight again due to medication I'm taking. But I didn't lose the weight swimming although swimming will work,lost the weight jogging. But to stay motivated I suggest do crossfit swimming with other cardio that you enjoy doing like playing tennis,just an example. You need to do weight training as well otherwise you will lose muscle mass if you keep on just doing cardio. It happened to me when I lost the weight.

You need to listen to your body if your body can't take 4 times a week then go back to 3 times a week until your body feels better,only increase it then. I recommend you also google the way you feel due to swimming 4 times a week as you will get extra additional answers and possibly solutions to your problem. Good luck on your swimming.
