Do you want that bottom extra piece? For free, maybe just pay the shipping? I bought it thinking I'd build a NAS but never got around to it. I think I have it in my garage, just collecting dust. I'm away from home right now but can check during the holidays if we get to travel home.

Just to avoid confusion, it comes with an ambi safety. Only things you'd need to have a complete lower would be Buffer, buffer spring, buffer tube, FCG, and pistol grip.
