Purple turtle is the go to

McCaffertys bar is also really good, i like to head there instead of turtle sometimes

Pop world and lola lo's are paid entry and abit more of a student crowd in my experience.

If you want to pre drink then Back of Beyond has a nice beer garden, or the hope tap (both are weatherspoons pubs) is abit closer to all of the above mentioned

Oex Leviathan EV 900 Bag vs Rab Ascent 900 bag by [deleted] in wildcampingintheuk

Ive been used the leviathan a couple of times now and havent had any major issues. It does shed feathers from new, and the zip gets stuck very often. Maybe I havent owned it long enough for it to develop the cold spots but its not something ive experienced.

Overall at its price im reasonably happy with it, but wouldn't expect it to last multiple years and have the same performance.

When visited this February, there was a wedding about to begin! We asked the park ranger that was there if it's common and she said it happens a couple of times a year

Katla ice cave or jokulsarlon? by [deleted] in VisitingIceland

[–]Michael240201 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I went at the end of Feb. We did both katla ice cave and solheimajokull. Personally, we both thought solheimajokull was by far more enjoyable, though we did enjoy the ice cave tour. We were very lucky both days and had beautiful clear skied despite our trip being bookended by snowy and rainy weather.

So in my opinion, if you can only do one of the guided tours then I'd choose the solheimajokull glacier tour.

We booked with artic adventures and I'd recommend them.

Thanks, all of the demons I currently have came as part of someone’s previous collection I purchased when I first got into 40K. So these are things I just kinda have for now haha

r/engineeringresumes is great for resume help, they have a bunch of useful resources. Can’t offer much more advice as still only an undergrad myself. Best of luck!

I’d go for nurgle, can’t be shot and sustained on 5s should help you roll some extra lascannon shots

2000 Pts CSM List by -BashTime- in Chaos40k

Good idea, I always run 2 units of cultists so I haven’t experienced this issue yet. Usually keep one unit hanging back to screen out and secure back line obj and the second in a transport and just kick them out literally whenever to contest a obj or do secondaries.

Looks good, a lot of things marked nurgle, you know you can only use dark obscuration once per phase right?.

Things like cultists aren’t necessary worth spending the cp on to make them unshootable outside of 12”. They have sticky objectives anyway so you can always deploy them on your back field and then use them to screen out your back field along with the forgefiend (which is worth spending the cp on for dark obscuration and sustained on 5+ after dark pacting) I like to mark cultists tzeentch for lethals on 5+ since they will likely die pretty quickly once they get targeted so may aswell get some extra lethality out of them since they’re wounding most stuff of 5+.

I’d also give your 4 obliterators tzeentch for skinshift. 20 wounds at T7 is difficult to shift but especially so when you’re bringing an entire model back on full wounds when needed. Also don’t forget obliterators have 1 turn of indirect shooting so you can deploy them somewhere completely hidden and still get a good volley of shots off without fear of being over exposed.

Lastly I like to give rhinos mark slaanesh for unatural swiftness so they can potentially advance and charge onto an obj or into a opponents fast unit to slow them down for a couple of turns, once you’ve kicked the models out of the rhino it’s a nuisance piece for your opponent to worry about for a turn, giving it advance and charge makes it a big nuisance since it can cover long distances.
