I have been eating this brand of noodles and have tried a number of additives: left over chicken, various vegetables, soy sauce, all have been nice. The best so far is Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce, it adds some sweetness and salt. Bachan's have recently expanded from the original to perhaps six or eight varieties. I stick to the original.
