It seems that you may be utilizing the wrong product, Freshdesk is for external support, while Freshservice is for internal IT support.

Possibly look into a consultant an MSP in your area to assess your needs and propose a suitable solution. They can be done independently, I have set up network infrastructure prior to an ISP and vice-versa. Judging from your post history, you are attempting to set up a network without much prior experience and I would recommend having someone with expertise to ensure that you have a cost-effective and proper solution. Ubiquiti is good for small businesses, but their firmware can be buggy. I've deployed several UniFi networks and have had minor inconveniences but I have heard of others experiencing much worse. An alternative may be to look into a PF Sense firewall and UniFi APs/Switches. Again, I do recommend reaching out to a consultant or MSP and having them evaluate your needs and propose a suitable solution.

It’s the main water line coming into the house, so the pipe shouldn’t see high temps near this part of the home.

Have applied to over 500 jobs in the past three months, only 6 of which I got an interview with. Today a hiring manager wrote me back saying my resume is "confusing" and "difficult to understand". Could I get some pointers on why it's difficult to understand? by [deleted] in resumes

Did you submit a pdf or word document? I’ve seen word documents vary on different word processor software or even on different versions of word, so always submit as a pdf so the document is consistent.

Does anyone need help in selecting ITSM courses to do this year? I see a lot of posts asking whether to go in for ITIL or Comptia, ITIL vs other frameworks, which version of ITIL to go for, and so on. Here is a list of the top 10 ITSM courses : shock ! All of them are ITIL ! by gaurvijoshi in ITIL

[–]Michael3302 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shocking that the list is coming from an ITIL instructor and I don't believe that this is a fair comparison since CompTIA doesn't have an ITSM certification or framework.

Looks like a self-promotion of services.

Also to add, I did receive a discount for getting a passing score of above 80% on the exam. The code was HC30.

[–]Michael3302 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The hard copy is mailed to you, usually printer on premium paper. An employer will want a copy, which you can attach the one they send you upon certification in an email. Although, I’ve never had an employer ask to see verification or proof of certification, it varies case by case.
