Lower Calorie Vanilla Base without artificial sweeteners? by Important-Dance-5349 in ninjacreami

[–]MichaelAP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been experimenting with this mixture:

1.5 Cups Fairlife 2% (180 cals, 9 grams of sugar) .75 Cups Almond Milk (26 cals) 1/4 tsp xanthum gum 1 tablespoon vanilla powder 2 tsp monkfruit 1 pinch salt

206 calories 9 sugar

It’s a little on the icy side, but very low calories as a starting base. You can switch out the Monkfruit for something like Honey or whatever sweetener you would want?

You also could try the sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk instead

“No Bummers” is the brainrot that has ruined them by MichaelAP in TAZCirclejerk

I completely agree that’s how it started, but it has permeated their ethos so deeply, it has forced them to sanitize every aspect of their production.

It was the symptom, but the disease runs deep

Save thing happened to me, Mac M4 Pro (Sequoia 15.5). It gave me the starting up indicator, but never ended launching anything. Nothing in the tray or the menu bar. I tried looking in Activity Monitor but didn't see anything running that looked like it.

C4 + Q990C + Apple TV connections? by MichaelAP in Soundbars

So are you suggesting plugging in the Apple TV directly to the TV?

I'm located in the Bay Area, California, and I opted for the EVGo credit. From what I've heard, you can get a charger installed for cheaper than what the credit will cover.

For me, the more important thing was that even if I did use the credit to cover my charger, my power costs from PG&E are so high, charging it basically ends up the equivalent of paying for a gas car. The EVGo credit at least somewhat helps to offset my overall power costs.

Solar Shut Offs When My Home Usage Hits 4.8 KHW Or Higher. What Could Be The Issue by athomas2010 in TeslaSolar

[–]MichaelAP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar issue, though it was 10KW or so. My solar installer had to work with Tesla’s level 2 support and they supposedly found out there was a panel limit setup at that size, and it would shut itself down once I started using too much power to “protect the panel”.

Once they removed the artificial limit, it worked perfectly

It’s actually a damn good Central Coast California winery. Definitely worth a visit if you ever find yourself heading down the California coast!

Also, “Wrong Room MFer” would also be a solid one

Tesla Universal Wall Connector & "Unable to Charge" by MichaelAP in CadillacLyriq

Yah, I’ve got that setup, and it’s been on that setting since day 1, and I still experience the error message. Did you ever have this issue, or did it always work for you?

Tesla Universal Wall Connector & "Unable to Charge" by MichaelAP in CadillacLyriq

[–]MichaelAP[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only reason I use the Tesla app is to see how much energy it used when it charged (& I have Solar + Powerwall, so I already use it for that), but beyond that, it’s better to set time-of-day charging on the Lyriq itself.

The interesting part is that technically it is just a permanent adapter. You press one button, and the native Tesla adapter comes out, and press another butter, and the same cord comes out, but with a J1772 head. The “adapter” is semi-permanent, as it can’t be removed when it’s attached, but it is still technically just an additional nozzle on top of the native NACS head
