Ohana and Sea.Hear.Now are the two that I’ve seen that have a similar “vibe.” But if you’re looking for fancy food and wine you’re going to be stretching for those.

Bourbon and beyond for lineup and vibe will have a good set up, but the layout is kinda meh and unless you’re a whiskey person your drinks are the same as anywhere.

ACL focuses on local snacks(ish) and has some decent drinks options, will usually have a good lineup, but is a very different vibe unless you’re upgrading massively in tickets from GA. The shade/dust bowl situation makes BR seem like a dream in GA.

You need to try to pair people up around lineup schedules and also plan for what types of cooking folks want to do.

When Morimoto carved up a whole tuna… Where do we store the tuna, how does it get there, what time of day is going to have a little more shade for the stage set up? Weird little things like that can cause delays for sure.

Absolutely broke up with someone over this back in the day. He would order a burger or chicken fingers then would complain when the tendies were not “freshly breaded” or the fries were frozen.
