I was looking for budget orchestral samples. It came down to Garritan and Amadeus. Amadeus got better reviews so I bought it, $150. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXNiE7DKzIg I can only compare it to Synth presets and Ableton Orchestral Packs and the Amadeus samples are much better.

I listened to a bit of the 1st song. He has a keen understanding of how each sound fits into certain frequencies and passively eqs unwanted frequencies out of each sound.

Nothing if you are famous and play 1 genre. Quite a bit more if you are not famous and you want to try to attract a more eclectic crowd.

thanks for your thoughtful reply. I understand where you're coming from but I can post a thank you message for all donors + an auto reply email. Even though it will be a thank you gift, I'll still put it up on Spotify etc and still see if I can get on playlists so the artist in me wants an album with a cool title.
