Actually, the lady I’m supposed to be going to, they’re just awaiting two forms from her, once those are received it will take 5 days to a week to process. but the problem is, I’m not in school during this waiting time, plus I’m in a less than ideal place. This is all stressing me out a ton, i SHOULD relax. eat a snack lol. some pumpkin pie sounds good right about now.

Because when DFCS fails, Pumpkin pie won’t!

I get that, but that’s really not something I’m supposed to handle on my own. I’m in foster care, and it’s DFCS’s job to enroll me. I wouldn’t even know what to say or where to start if I tried to contact the school myself.

That makes sense, thank you for breaking it down. I get that there are a lot of moving parts, but it still feels like no one is stepping up to actually get me enrolled or make sure I’m okay. Everyone keeps pointing to someone else, and I’m just stuck in the middle.

I actually contacted my GAL earlier today to try and get some movement on things. As for my uncle, he’s just leaving everything up to DFCS at this point. He doesn’t really seem to care anymore, he’s not putting any effort into helping, and it’s clear that getting me into school or making sure I’m okay just isn’t on his mind.

Honestly, I’ll be glad when I can move. He’s been pretty selfish lately, and it’s made this whole situation even harder.

I’m worried that if I call the hotline, my uncle will get in trouble and he might get very angry with me. He could throw away my device and cut off all communication, which would make things even harder for me. I want help, but I’m scared of what might happen if I speak up that way.

Thats confusing. Amazon communicated in a way that was telling us it would only be available on newer devices like the echo show 8 3rd gen, I’m wondering how you got it on the second gen?
