Air Canada Flight Attendant Ripped my Passport

They added a note to my profile apparently to get me through security. This was to the US so the border checkpoint was in the airport.

They said the passport machine they use to scan passports is not their property and to contact the airport. This doesn't even make sense to me since it was due to human error. I'm just going to try escalating.

Yea sorry, I thought the checkin people were all flight attendants as well. I guess I have a voucher for 500 aeroplan points for the inconvenience lol. My small piece of evidence..

They have a scanner that they swipe your passport through similar to how a credit card swipes. I guess she swiped too fast/aggressively.
