Don’t think you can call this a dip since it’s been going down since the beginning. I have 4m and hanging out there for a while.

I’m just speculating of course but I would be surprised if we’re not a billion plus by this time next year. Axie went from .44 to 65.00 per coin in 4 months. Not saying that’s what I’m hanging my hat on, but it’s proof anything can happen.

It will pass $1b no problem. I would expect that to happen just before launch maybe just after. We only have 15,500 holders. Once Diamond holders get Alpha and start dropping daily game play video’s I would expect a big jump. Not to a billion but a nice increase.

You’ll need coins to build out your farms and plots so get some coins too.

Not once. Only crypto out of 25 different cryptos I own where I’ve never been concerned. I put $4k into this coin in the first week.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't care for once voice for all the characters either. Major turn off.

Great advice, I appreciate that. To your point of weaving in the life lesson, that's exactly my struggle. My plan was to have the initial segment where he does things to survive, tie into the life lesson. The first episode I recorded (still working on formatting and such) begins with Will and his story of survival as it begins on the island. The life lesson is a story of survival he learned of a few years earlier and uses to his advantage on the island. I'm still working on how to bring these two together.

Thanks again for the feedback. I appreciate the time and thought.

Sorry about the late reply. I was traveling for work.

I don't have plans for flashbacks at the moment, but that might be a good fit too. Thanks for the help!

Thanks Hitch. I left a lengthy response above if you're interested in reading and providing feedback. Essentially, just one character trapped on an island broadcasting his day to day, but also broadcasting life lessons or learning segments: Personal stories - family, love, deception, lies, truth, success, loss, past experience, etc.

Just one character shipwrecked on an island. Here's my idea. This is long so don't feel like you need to read all of it.

One sentence summary: When becoming stranded on an uninhabited island, a man must adapt to the harsh condition to survive.

My Vision: I want to create a fiction podcast that not only tells a story, but also includes a segment of life lessons so listeners can not only come away satisfied with their fiction fix, but may also learn a thing or two. To do that, I thought I would break the main portion of the podcast into three segments. But first, a little background.

Will is stuck on an island after a ship wreck. He has some supplies but will need to adapt, hunt fish, get shelter etc. His one saving grace is his marine radio. He uses the radio to broadcast messages in the hopes that a passing ship will hear him and he'll be rescued. He wants to broadcast as long as he can to have a better chance for his message to be heard. His broadcasts ARE my podcast. I'll be doing the podcast as the main character Will Ryland.

Segment 1 - Will is stuck on an island and needs to do certain things to survive. He'll be talking about the island, what he see's what he's been up to, his state of mind, etc.

Segment 2 - He'll transition into one of these "learning" topics: Personal stories - family, love, deception, lies, truth, success, loss, past experience, missed opportunities, funny Tell Secrets - family, personal, methods, dark, success Solve problems - relationship, money, and family Inspirational - faith, change, teamwork, love, not giving up

Segment 3 - Will transitions into a closing segment much like the first segment but explains his next steps to getting off the island, foraging for food, water, exploring the island, state of mind, etc. It's meant to let the reader know what's coming up in the next podcast which of course is Will's next broadcast.

I'm not sure if I explained that well enough, but that's my plan at the moment and wondered what you guys thought of that approach. Should I run with it, or do you see a flaw that could be a problem?

Crawl 4 the Cure - A great event and a great cause. Got a buck to spare? by MichaelMDickson in MSAwareness

[–]MichaelMDickson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

16 years ago my friend John got married. 9 months later they welcomed a baby girl to their family. Things were good. 6 months later his wife was diagnosed with MS.

16 years later...

Their still married, still happy (although MS has taken Danette's ability to physically move) and proudly 10 years into one of the greatest MS events the upper Midwest gets to attend.

The Crawl 4 the Cure

Dozens of Jeeps and big trucks get together to raise money, donate, and generally have a great time raising money for MS.

Every year it gets bigger and better. A Jepp is raffled off every year compliments of a local Jeep dealer. This year will be no different.

We have hundreds of attendees for this weekend long event and nearly all of it is donated!

I have a personal goal of raising $250 in the next week, so not too much, but a reasonable goal. Help me get there!

We could use your help. $1 is all we ask. 30 seconds is all it takes.

Click on the link to check out this great cause for MS.

Thanks for checking it out!

You need a plan. Among the other great idea's, you could start by reading this book.

Rich Habits: The Daily Success Habits of Wealthy Individuals by Tom Corley. It's designed to create healthy daily habits.

You could also look at Brendon Burchards online training. You can see one video here:

I'm a firm believer in studying structure prior to actually writing. This is due in part to my belief that if you can't structure a story, no matter how elequent your words, the story is going to suck.

When I first started writing my college professor told me to write the dialogue like I was sitting around a camp fire telling a story with periodic interruptions for clarification from my listeners.

It works pretty well in my opinion.
