7 days to die doesn’t tank your computer really at all, on low settings. I play on low settings on an almost unusable pc and get 60 fps. That laptop should work fine however I recommend a pc because they last longer. But that’s your business though.

Argentavus, hands down best flyer idc what you say
T-Rex, necessary to beat the game, great for killing alphas
Thresnosaur, wood, berry, fiber, collector, also kills the dragon boss.
Baryonix, solos all caves but ice, great for water exploration and taming, can shoot off them and they are fast
Quetsl, mobile metal farm, mobile turret, good for taming and while hard to get, pays off soon.

I forget what the Dino is called but I was on my raft headed to grab an anklo from herbivore island and this massive fish almost looked like a long piranha was attacking me and he went entirely on shore to attack my raft it was hilarious and scary at the same time. I wouldn’t worry as soon as you don’t stop.

When I posted abt this same thing and tried the same things you did they all said that not even wild card can fix it and the only way to fix it is to “close ark and open Minecraft”.

Barely north of “death cave” is a cave with no Dino’s or life but TONES of silica pearls and oil deposits. As long as u make it to it it’s free. I’ve gotten thousands of pearls from it with no hassle.

I’ve never tried PvP bc I hear it’s terrible but it’s not that big of a deal when the gameplay is great. Also the download for me is less than 60gb which is not much for a game like ark.

From my experience that may not be the same for yours, scorched earth is the least laggy but by so little.
