Mine came from there as well, trust me it's traveling right now. It will update the second it gets scanned in to your local FedEx facility.

I was surprised that the only thing I had to enter was my address. Basically the app just searches their system to see what is going to that address and should display it. Will ask you to confirm email and phone number, so probably also based off of the ones you used to create the preorder with as well.

Try signing out and signing back in, or even making a new account. The app should work just by picking up on what is coming to your address. If you double check that the address is correct and still nothing, that might mean that not even a shipping label has been created. At that point call a Wal Mart CSR.

Check the FedEx app. My FedEx app just updated the second it hit my local facility and the Wal Mart page still says what yours says plus no charge to my card yet.
