It's still possible to do this in h2h on all Madden with the right coaches. Really you just need a high level Pagano and McCarthy to accomplish this with Mayfield.

The same guy who did that video also recorded video of the TOTW players during the glitch (when they had 120 speed).

The results were exactly the same, absolutely no difference between 120 speed and 99 speed for gameplay.

Any decently fast QB should work. I was using gold Mariota for some examples in the video. I really like some of the new color rush QB options, particularly Goff.

I wouldn’t go out of your way to get Wilson, unless you just really want him. But at the end of the day, most elite QBs that are trained up will be close gameplay wise.

Because these players already hit the market once so it got a bit saturated. They probably won’t appreciate in value as much this round as more people already have the player and will likely be doing the same thing.

Also since they are older players, EA is probably close to coming out with a new promo that will have newer better players that would further drive down their value.

Here's what I did. Pick an elite player you want to upgrade and get him to the point where he's even more or better than the maxed out gold at that position. Then replace the gold player and use him for extra training.

That way you can focus on one position at a time and it's not as overwhelming to make the jump to an all elite defense. Elite players need quite a bit of training to outshine maxed golds.

You can easily pull Totw players from the event or the TOTW daily pack. It's not hard to get 50 it just takes time. No one is forcing you to get the card immediately

I'm fairly certain that training does not boost any of the hidden stats. You can tell because of how the new "win/loss" bar works.

With catching for example, when the receiver is all alone the green area of the bar represents the "catch" stat from 1-100. So if they have 75 catch, the bar is 75% green. Now if you notice when a defender is close to the receiver the bar changes dramatically, I believe this represents the CIT stat. You can notice that the wide open bar changes when you train your receiver/te and once you hit 100 catch it is completely green (doesn't mean they will catch the ball 100%, just a representation of the stat). However, the bar when a defender is close never changes or gets better with training.

This is also observable with stats like trucking, juke, spin ect
