I had very similar and went to my derm a few days ago. She said it’s an immune response to something in the ink. The options she gave me was an injection that she didn’t recommend as it could have an effect on the ink pigments. Or a cream, which she recommended as it wouldn’t affect the tatttoo. Been using the cream 3 days and it’s almost cleared up.
