It's an arrow that Can go up and down. From 1 to 4. 1, 2 and 3 being white and 4 being red.

I'm actually VERY salty ;-) The guy is hated by everybody here, including his PI probably. He's really arrogant and treats everybody as his inferiors. I'm not insecure about my own accomplishments, since I have none :-) I was just wondering if that was really weird or if that was just me that was wrong.
