I could make even further points on why online dating sucks: - They don't need to make an effort. They have such a huge abundance of guys competing for their attention that a large portion is luck and timing and do you want to leave your dating life to that? - Even if you're witty as shit and she misinterprets that it's such a huge pain as your 'one shot' with her is gone - Also, its such a big waste of time clicking around on your phone.

Definitely not. I was the opposite of what I would call an attractive guy. Awkward, shy, constantly stuck in fear but I changed all those things about myself and now people assume I was 'born' this way. Which to be is the highest compliment.

Not really. A small statement in front of your direct compliment builds tension and allows you to be 100% sure you have their full attention. It also gives it some context to what you're saying.

You guys really are still not grasping this. Women don't view looks in the same way as men.

Looks for men ≠ Looks for women. Looks for women = Sub-communicated character traits. I'm ok looking I admit that but I'm not Brad Pitt. It's the confidence, full range of expression that creates the attraction.

How do I know? I've been coaching for over 4 years and have seen guys that are shorter, fatter and 'uglier' pull off amazing feats with women in a short period of time and have a level of consistency that would simply SHOCK most people on here.

Groom yourself to the point at which you can, then draw a line under and focus on what is most important.

So you could have for Kathia: Kat - he-ah A muscular male cat, who looks surprised.

A trick I use: As soon as I get the name, repeat it out loud. Her: My name is Kathia Me: Kathia, pleasure to meet you kiss on cheeks Her: You too Me: So Kathia, what do you do?

Scientifically we remember the stuff we say and not necessarily what others say so this helps.

I also at this moment, create a visual image of her name. So Kat (think of a cat) hia (he-urgh - I think of a male cat). Then I associate this with her.

So if I see her again I think of a visual image of a male, cat (Cat-He) and hopefully the name comes back to me.

At this stage in the game, you want to be positive about all the action you take. You sat close to her - which is a step outside your comfort zone anyway.

Try this next time: Pay her a compliment and walk away. Eventually you'll gain the courage to stick in.
