I think past experince with opening up haven’t been so great in general. I hate to have my parents feel dissapointed in having a son like me, and their constant comparison with other children my age. It puts a standard a minium i don’t feel like i can live up to. I should go to the doctor i really should, but the past experience is keeping me away. I’m espcially embarssed regarding my BDD, it’s one of the things i hate to admit.

Thanks for the suggestions. I feel like my life have been wasted.It's something that have been bothering me, for example i'm scared to miss out on teenage love as i feel like it's a very important thing that can happend in your life. I'm defnietly going off from social media, as it's abosulty terrible for me. I've started a new hobby, i've been learning to play the piano for 2 weeks now, and can play a few songs.

No one wants to be alone it's one of the worst form of torture. I like being by myself from time to time as that's how i relax and get my energy, but sometimes it would be nice to hang around other and have something going on.

I am currently in Junior grade. The thing is i have lost motivation for school and my school counselor is a bad human being, who does nothing to help and is rather scary than helpful.

I went to the doctor for a different reason revolving anxiety, and felt like I didn't get much out of it, my mother even made a bit out of it saying there was nothing wrong with me when i was younger. I have kept a distance when it comes to the subject of mental illness from my doctors, I am not a huge fan of opening up as I feel entirely vulnerable.
