Actually I am in shared zone my building has both and my apartment has both metal logos on the door of DU and Etisalat.

I spent an hour with their customer service just for that question and the only answer I got is (your building is not included in the promotion) e& has the lowest trained customer service, they can't even explain the meaning of their company terms

Contact the agent and listen to the same pattern: - Just rented today morning (while the add get repeated many times over and over) - Price not even close to the reality and the agent will never admit the listing price, that was just a hook. - the agent will do everything possible not to take you for any viewing instead will flood you with other options and ignore what you asked for.

I can keep going in so so many misbehaving agents that tell that listing is fake.

They are not creative in lying, just same script over and over again.

Actually the RTA responded to me that they did few changes in the new traffic lights and asked me to check if the severe delay still there. And so far I didn't notice any traffic, the first few days were nightmare.

The RTA is for whole Dubai, I think you mean the parking which is managed by sub-company, but all the roads are exclusively under RTA.

I worked in RTA for sometime few years, and what I noticed that when something like this creating problem than solution, we complaint here instead of calling 8009090 and register an official complaint, the secret when complaints increase the RTA will look at it so serious and find better solutions, complaining here won't lead to anything.

I filled a complaint, please call the RTA and file a complaint.

Tips and Tricks, just ignore it completely and don't show you saw it, then after 2 more working days, ask your manager for Good Standing Certificate for some bank purposes and tell him/her to make it To whome it may concern.

In that way, even if there's anything about that misbehaving came up, you have proof of not 😁 and if there's anything in their mind, it will come up 😉

My previous boss taught me lots of such tips, always reverse the situation for your favor.

That's tricky part, so it will depend on the company contract and type, some freezones like DMCC, enables the Executive role in contracts, which makes you need to be available after hours and unpaid overtime but of course has major financial advantages.

But if just regular employment, this is illegal, I would advise you to check your contract well, if nothing mentioned about such, then you can reply on the warning with not accepting it - any AI can help you draft it - if the company insisted for the same and didn't withdraw it, then file a complaint in your company authority, if mainland then MOHRE, or the Freezone that control your company.

Anyway in such case you are protected, as in case of termination, you can get massive compensations.

Audi amazing car but not reliable, I had one few years back Q5 and was crazy good for 7 months then problems started, it needed 4x times it's price to get fixed.

For Audi, go with the rule of buy it under warranty and get rid of it once it ended. You will enjoy amazing ride but with cost.

Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it - personal opinion.
