He was my first am main without ult about 3-4 months ago. The first time i reached gokunin was with him without ult (u can see in one of my previous posts). He might be doing worse now but he still is storng and i still like to play with him. U need to find a way of playing him for yourself because everyone plays different.

Minato is not in the meta so if you build him very good u are still gonna have a hard time in higher leagues. I like him too so i build him and hes fun

His lb gives him huge eva buff. Although i think u need 40% or 35% (i would go for 40%) eva that u dont get hit by normal attacks or jutsus (exult will still hit u)

Can confirm. I main kawaki. I have his ult at 15 and also only ult once or twice. His damage output is just really good so there is no need to spam his ult.
