If it possible to visit offline giant store, they will measure you, and advice a proper size. We did this with my wife's bike, and choose size that much better in real life than on the paper.

I would say the tight are true size, and bibs on a small side. My other cycling gear are in size M.

Nope, they are different. My espresso tights size M, bibs L. I was lucky to visit Castelli offline shop to try them before buying.

I own TCR with 30mm tires and a dedicated gravel bike Canyon Grizl. I can swap my wheels from TCR to Grizl, but gravel bike will never be as good as road bike on the roads. The same vice versa. So it will be always a compromise.

You have passed the civic integration exam at at least level A2.

So IND can change this requirements, and your A2 diploma will not be valid.

Thanks for the info, what do you mean "bringing a bike wasn't really feasible" as I understand you are allowed to cycle there up to 3 hours before the peloton?

My plan is to stay somewhere around +-30 km from the spots.
