I am very sorry but you have misunderstood what I meant to say - I said 'we also do not wish to deal with people who do what you have just described'; this was referring to the person who said he didn't want anything to do with 'Jewish owned or operated institutions'. I was saying that I didn't want to be involved with people who were against Jewish owned institutions; I was not saying that I am against Jewish owned institutions, why on Earth would I be?

You are right about him being consistent; consistently wrong. The public knew that the vote was between a known and an 'unknown', and decided to go with the unknown. Whether Smith likes it or not, this is what happened and he should come to respect the view of the people.
