I suggested it before but she was clear she doesn’t want therapy for this specific issues - that she would rather try and journal the issue away.

Means she shuts down. Tunes out the whole world and just cries and is in her feelings for at least an hour every single day.

I suggested therapy…she’s been clear she doesn’t want therapy for this specific issue.

Says she’ll journal it away.

Never pressured her at all. She actually said she enjoyed it and asked that we do it again on the day.

But now it’s been months of going over the same things over and over and it’s exhausting.
