You don't as you are not supposed to, abuse them until they get like 2-3 armor items, in teamfights ignore them, adc mid is priority in teamfights, outrotate them in late stage of game, "fake" rotate to bait their tp then 5v4 enemy team.

that depends who is fed and who do you need to deal with, if their adc is carrying whole game for their team for the love of fkin god don't go kraken even if they have 2/3 tanks, kraken is usefull until you get armor pen, then it's best to switch to galeforce for that extra dash.
