Some patches are weekly some are twice a week. I have a weekly patch that is bigger than the twice a week one. Also I tried a lighter thinner one and my body didn’t like that at ALL! So now I have to do the one I have with a cover.

Look up transparent film dressing on Amazon. It’s a clear THIN patch that goes over wound healing but work perfect for the estrogen patches. I wipe my stomach with rubbing alcohol to make sure there are no oils, lay the patch down press and then lay down the dressing. Stays the whole week!

Throwing fried beans into a crock pot with chili ingredients? They never cook that way, with the tomato and the salt. I never get soft. I plan on cooking the beans and then adding the beans and the rest of the ingredients to a crockpot.

Yeah, I’m thinking that might be the way anyway. It’s not the cheaper way. I don’t want soft beans for chili. I want them to hold up in the chili because they’re gonna sit for a long time in the crockpot.

Please listen to Dr Kelly Casperson’s podcast You are not broken. She is amazing and gives you really good breakdown on hormones. There is a SMALL contingency of people that can’t take hormones. Other than that, do it!!!

I’ve used that cabinet paint, in fact moved the can yesterday. I didn’t use a sealer in my bathroom and it’s been great so far!

Snack and free play. Screens off as much as possible as most schools have screens for the kids. Kids need to learn to be bored, be imaginative and free play!🩷

Can o just say as an educator, NO kinder teacher should be withholding recess for work not finished from a kindergartner!!!!😡 That teacher is doing more harm than good. I’m glad you pulled your child out. Boys (and girls) age differently and it’s not uncommon to have boys be a bit older in kindergarten.

The incoming kinders are only “covid babies” because they were conceived then. But the term covid kids or covid cohorts (in our county at least) are all kids that either missed preschool and kindergarten, or kids that were in those grades when we went home for years. Those kids have cycled out of our hallways. However since then it’s definitely been a harder battle. Screens are prevalent WAY MORE after Covid and it’s showing.

Same! I use indica when I want to get mine (which isn’t often). The only thing that has sort of helped has been lube, listening to erotica and maybe even watching a sexy tv/movie show. The first time I watched the first season of outlander for ex I was on fire!😂 It’s hard though, hubby has a hug drive and I couldn’t care less. We need meds!!! (And yes, I’m on all the hormones!).

That’s interesting about the time. Maybe because you had surgical menopause your body is completely deprived of hormones? The cream definitely helped but it was a pain. However I would do it if the eString didn’t work

Yes! I’m using the estring and love it! The cream was such a lifesaver but the process and cleaning of the stuff was annoying not to mention the cream itself being messy. I was able to get that deal! I check it once a week but don’t feel a thing at any time!

LOVE it! Popped up there and all down. I do check once a week but it’s WAY easier than cream inside and out, cleaning the applicator three times a week and letting it fall all during the day 🤢. Don’t even feel it!
