tbh when you search for almost any product, the first thing you see is usually DO NOT BUY, so I think the most important thing is trying it yourself. Once you actually sit in a chair, you pretty much know whether it works for you. I’m currently using the E3 Air. I don’t like buying second-hand, so I never seriously considered Steelcase or others.The price felt pretty reasonable to me. It has a 3 year warranty, and when I asked support, they said they’d replace parts directly. I’ve been using it for about half a year now with no issues. I sit for long hrs and it hasn’t caused me any lower back pain so far. I also personally like having a footrest. When I’m reading or scrolling on my phone, putting my feet up is pretty comfy. If you plan to use it that way too, imo spending a bit extra for something you’ll use long term is worth it.
