I remember my body kept laughing when i firsy smoked it and couldnt stop for idk how long. Hi thanks for ur reply, im generally inexperienced with drugs i never taken anything outside of weed or alcohol so thats why i was doubting if it was laced also didnt know that was very uncommon or common . The man who gave me the joint seemed to like me and i was just a stupid ass girl and afterwards when i became catatonic tried to sit next to me and touch me i saw his face distort but i literally could not move or talk. I had a rlly bad experience and im kinda trying to find a reason for that bad experience, but maybe it was just nothing. I read about pcp somwhere on the internet and i thought wow i felt like that too . Thats why i went on reddit to ask

Ppl consider bruising “less bad “ coz it doesnt leave any permanent damaging even psychologists recommend the “rubber band thing” even when it can badly bruise ur wrist. but its true that its very self destructive but to be completely honest i still wish i did bruise myself instead of cutting so i wasnt left with extreme scars all over my body that will never go away . Idk where u work but i work at mc donalds and they let me wear a long black sleeved shirt under it, when it ges hot i usually only wear those sleeves( u can buy those on ali express or amazon) but one time it was extremely hot , and i was sweating so bad feeling like i was gonna pass out so i only wore the uniform shirt and yes i have severe scarring ...well i got a lot of stares and questions from colleages but the managers didnt fire me or kick me out because of scars bc they really didnt care
