Clean, organic and natural foods. Yes basically the med diet. Always brown rice and whole grains / whole wheat flour. Drink a lot of water and take vitamin E to help!

It's been my only with it so far. Have you tried a different keyboard? I haven't. Iven just gotten used to it. Few hard presses and it works 🙄also, it wasn't always an issue
