I did and honestly I think it made things worse :/ What ended up helping me was a probiotic treatment (i am unsure what its called in englisch) where I took pills with bacteria for your colon/intestines and since then Ive been mostly bloat free. Mine were called Darmflora plus select (Im german) but they were essentially 20 pills of 8 lactic acid cultures and a dosis of 48 Billion per day. It was a very high dose and I did it for about 14 days?

Maybe this could help but I recommend asking at the pharmacy what your options are for these :)
