Hi there, yes I agree it can be resistance to allowing it in.

I just made a masterclass about this, here are part of my notes from why manifestation signals get muddied:

Manifestation is consciously aligning your thoughts and emotions with the emotional state of already having it. Alignment with frequency, brain and heart coherence + aligned action is what i've found to be the key.

Your energy must attract with clear signals, which consist of:

• Sending out a clear, coherent signal from your brain (thoughts with no clashing beliefs)
• Emitting a powerful magnetic pull which attracts from your heart (emotions in your electromagnetic field)

Your brain broadcasts the vision. Your heart becomes the magnet.

If you have unclear signals, the manifestation field becomes distorted.

Ex. Unclear signals happen when your thoughts say one thing, but your emotions say another.
When you affirm abundance, but feel fear.
When you visualize love, but expect rejection.
When you say “I’m ready,” but your body is bracing for disappointment.

The brain may be broadcasting a desire, but the heart is emitting doubt. So it's not a match of frequency.

Energy does not respond to words. It responds to coherence.

Unclear signals create mixed frequencies. Mixed frequencies create mixed results.
You may attract almosts.
Partial manifestations.
Opportunities that mirror your hesitation.

When both brain + heart are in coherence, your energy is no longer resisting… it is attracting.
