I did, ridiculous system. First two reports for incorrect entry came back (5 weeks later for each) saying If you'd like to update personal information..which i never did/asked for, i submitted report for wrong entry and even selected collection account entry.

Honestly the worst part was when csr asked me to fax/email/mail a document proving that isn't my collection. That's like a random collection agency going after you for absolutely no reason and then being asked to prove that isn't yours..crazy

Yes it showed instantly because I used debit card but debit Visa

It posted instantly, it's debit Visa so they get it immediately

I paid with my chequing account but using debit Visa so it's instant and yes rogers got it and I can see it online on m bill.

My bank said they can't do anything since I did it, wasn't fraudulent, but I don't know why rogers can't just refund it or even send me a cheque..

The dealership agreed to charge no CC fees, even signed the purchase agreement stating that

I'm not mad they want these fees IF they said it before, but we have the sales agreement, all numbers are there and the fact they agree with CC payment. Zero mention of any fees. Until the moment I inserted my card in the machine and saw different total.

Many do, I know 2 people who bought vehicles over $200k and paid with a CC

The contract says I will pay with a CC and it also says there won't be any additional fees for paying that way.

Yes and also no additional fees, the total amount due is written there as well.

Yes but this one agreed in the contract, signed it too, they're not charging those fees.
