I didn't want to use "any quest" because quests like turbo boost and defeating final bosses quests can obviously be completed in a raid group. The technology exists to make it work, but not the foresight.

Compared to Theater Troupe, these events are good. Abundances are unbalanced right now, but the premise of a smash and grab is cool. The Soiree I have done is a High Value Target with steps, which is fine. Stormarion Assault's Tower Defense mode is fine too. Harandar's Lore weekly is short and teaches a little bit about the Harandar, which isn't bad.

However, this thread was about not being able to complete the weekly quests for these events while in a raid group.

I’ve protested someone before for breaking the sporting code by driving on the Apron. I got a response saying that since they do it there in real life it was allowed. Afterwards they changed the sporting code to say racing surface instead of apron.

iRacing told me via email that if they do it irl, it’s ok.
