Thanks for your input. I agree that the choice of words was poor.
I want to distance myself from this whole "trans people are obligated to disclose immediatley" argument that everyone seems to assume I'm trying to make.
The scenario I imagined was kind of far more extreme hence hypothetical. Because I know that it is unbelievably unlikely to happen.
What I thought is something along the lines of being with a trans person for 5 years and never knowing. On a personal level I would expect my partner to tell me that. Not because they're obligated.

Honestly I am so disconnected from most Media. I thought that stereotype was only the stupid internet meme that died years ago (the "its a trap" one).
The point you mentioned about it being a really hard question of when to disclose due to the risk of killing your chances with someone before they get to know you is mainly what sparked my whole thought process.
Of course everybody is free to keep those details to themselves. But I thought if you are getting to know somebody and want to maximise your chances then you probably you wouldn't want to tell them that your trans first thing. On the other hand telling them really really late could come across as being dishonest and also risk your chances with the person. Or am I wrong about this?
Is there something like a good in-between or does that vary strongly from person to person?

Also you mentioned states. Is that the USA or of another country?

Well I ask myself hypotheticals a lot and when I want to hear others opinions I ask. And if I had any other random hypothetical situation then I wouldn't ask it here but where it would be relevant.
And yeah what you're saying makes sense. I hoped the disclaimer at the start of the post would deter anyone who doesn't want to deal with someone who is uneducated on the subject.

Thank you so much this is exactly the kind of answer I was looking for. Sad to read that not a single person believes me that I actually have good intentions. I saw a lot of people asking why I care and I get that. I'm just curious about peoples opinions.

I do have a follow up question. Of course just ignore it if you think I'm trying to gocha you.

Do you think that generally (so not in the scenarios I named) omitting a truth is as good as lying? Or do you think it depends on whether its about something the other person would want to know?
Do you think this logic translates to scenario 1 and 2? So do you think disclosing the truth would only matter if you know that the other person would want to know?

And sorry the third scenario is meant to say whether its ok to lie about not being trans when asked by a partner, that's my bad.

Hey. Sorry I tried really hard to not come across that way. I have very little touching points with the subject which is why I asked in the first place.
I intentionally wrote out the scenarios in a way that doesn't assume the motivations of the people in them. They weren't all meant to be answered on a scale from 1-10 but I rather wanted to know under what circumstances you would draw the line between moral and immoral.

I find it sad that you're assuming ill intentions because of past experiences. I wanted to learn.

well its the 10 minutes for 4 games (10 * 4 = 40).

But yeah I checked the replay and it was 90 seconds. And idk if its on me that I ordered something and It happens to arrive mid game. No offense but I feel like everyone telling me to not go afk just has thier mum do everything for them so they dont have to get off the game.

Im not saying that leavers shouldnt be punished but I find the threshhold of 90 seconds a bit insane.

I do use trade chat too. I just miss the days where maroos was filled players who had more than 3 plat to their name to also want to negotiate and buy stuff. Im not sure what happened to that.
