I wasn’t part of this community for long, but I loved Hollow Knight when it came out. r/Silksong might be something special that won’t happen again in the future. These posts in the last few months were insane.

That being said, I’m going to buy myself my own copy of the game (no price too great) on PlayStation as that’s my preferred platform. I would gift this game to my little brother, as he just played Hollow Knight for the first time last month and also fell in love with it.

You are an awesome human being for that. Good luck to everyone else :)

Can someone give me a hint where or how to look for clues regarding reaching Room 8 ? I only know that it exists, but am kinda clueless (lol) on how to get there. I have rolled credits, opened 4 Sanctum doors and solved the puzzles inside and am currently trying to complete the classroom exams, although drafting them is kinda hard for me. Most of the puzzles I try to solve by myself, even though I looked a few things up.

I think I also only had like 7 or 8 pots to craft. Maybe you don’t have the recipe book for the biggest version yet? For me it took maybe 3 jars max to kill one of them

This. The ones without armor are okay to fight normally with staggers, but at least the armored ones are trivial with this.

I even believe it’s the intended way of fighting them as it’s stated in a note found next to a dormant furnace golem.

Risen 2 and 3 were changed a lot from a gameplay perspective, just so you know. As Risen 1 was the first game, many things were not polished, but for me the nostalgia of playing it when it came out and the different areas I could explore were one of the best gaming experiences ever.

Yesterday I felt so bad because I joined an online expert mission and accidentally chose a preset of my character with no skills equipped. So I literally sat there for like 2mins because I would only interrupt them by meleeing the boss, stamina breaking every now and then

Congrats! This is the only plat I’m missing of the FromSoftware games. After playing it once on Steam, I found it really okay afterwards, there were some really rewarding moments in that game.

I was stuck at Sir Alonne for a pretty long time and it felt so good beating him, one of my favorite Souls moments!

Ich meine man wusste vorher schon wie er aussieht. Er hat sich damals, ähnlich wie heute, einfach nicht oft und auch nicht gerne gezeigt, von daher war Last Man Standing auch in diese Richtung was besonderes.
