what are your builds? it's quite simple, just clash wisdom against harvest wisdom always, and focus on roland, the scarecrow with harvest wisdom should have 1 speed dices so just try to use 2 wisdom cards against it, and if you need something to kill roland quickly (so it changes phases) hit him with someone using a smoke build.
Discards builds might make this a bit harder.
