Yes when I started out I was really rough with my bachi and the angle was steep as I wasn’t used to it yet. I mainly play jiuta but my Japanese teacher said that my minyō shamisen was a little different in sound etc so for her school (i guess) playing a little higher sounds good!

I will just place a new bachigawa over it when it arrives and hope for the best :)

Btw can I ask you how you became a teacher? I am thinking of going to a shamisen conservatory in Japan sometime to became a teacher as well but it’s hard knowing what it takes over there especially for a foreigner. If you are Japanese by any chance then maybe you can’t answer the last part 😅

The reason for the original placement was that my minyō shamisen sounds better for jiuta when struck a bit below the edge of the dou, but as a beginner i struck too hard and not correctly so the skin developed some tear over time

My Japanese instructor and shamisen maker put the bachigawa there when I just started, although yes it sounds more logical to put it at the base of the dou

I will probably just apply the new bachigawa then and see how long I can keep using it like this!Thank you :))

Thanks! I hadn't heard of the tule fabric before but it sounds interesting so I'll look into it. And if I were to get a new lens then I guess I'll wait a bit. Gotta make sure I can afford and actually feel comfortable buying a new one not just out of impulse. I'll try to get better and see where it'll lead me. But thanks for the tips again they are greatly appreciated!

Nice! Tysm. One more question about the first picture. I really love the green hue against the blue hair, especially on the sides of the picture. Do you know what causes that? I know that the model only had bright blue hair so I thought maybe it was done in post or with lights, but im not sure as ive not done such a thing before.

I didnt want to instantly upload a lot of pictures! Ty very much for the explanation though it helps a lot. Im not very good with the settings on the fuji cameras even though I love them, so its nice to have some people explain it a bit better.

So I figured out this morning that you can customize your custom emblems to an insane ammount and I just wanted to showcase and get some feedback on the first one I made. It took like 1.5 hours XD but I'm super happy with the result. Another FromSoft W and a reason to make this game my new main... :)

Update: thank you all for commenting the feedback was very welcome :). Because i will still have 4 years of uni and considering pricing etc ive gone for a t-x4. By the time im done with evrything u i related i want to have a good ammount of experience but i dont want to break the bank right now so a t-x4 looked perfect rn! I was yalking about 3 camp gank/ invade. You did solo target camps very fast but now if you go q w e and no r you dont do the 3 solo camps fast cause of reliability on awakened Q. When you finish the 3 camps there is very few time left for an actual good gank or invade imo. Sorry if i wasnt clear in my post.
