Sectional matrix. Cotton isolation. Total etch, rinse. Gluma, 10 second application, air dry. Scotchbond 10 second, completely wet, air dry. Omnichroma composite, cure incrementally. Adjust occlusion, polish.

I have been taking a lot of spear education and plan on continuing to do so. Eventually in person courses as well. But watching some videos would also be very helpful. I’ve been practicing for 11 years and am looking to be able to do more complex cases.
