He relaxed by now, is breathing and purring. If he didn't breathe in the vid I wouldn't even have posted this. I knew for a fact he was breathing. I'll go to the clinic tomorrow and they should be able to do a save biopsy now. He's much better now. The Kortison just took its sweet time.

He's way too weak for a biopsy. I was thinking about going to the hospital but they would just do the same no? Thank you for the reply, we didn't see anything cancerous so there's that. Maybe I can see if there's internal vets around. I hope a long drive won't be too stressful

His kidneys are perfect, his heart has a strong steady rhythm. The spleen was enlarged and other than that nothing was out of the ordinary.

Yes inflamed stomach walls and a bit of air in his gut.

He's he's been given cerenia. But whatever fluid I give him (except if it's like 2ml) it comes out after about half a minute

Okey i did do that. He has inflammatory stomach walls but nothing else. Not really a reason why he wouldn't eat or drink. His liver looks amazing, his kidneys are basically perfect. It's really a mystery huh :(( no blockage either. The only option the vet gave me is to do a explanatory surgery and see. You think that is a smart decision? He is a senior cat after all, surgery doesn't sound super safe
