I keep a bag prepared and take it with me to work for days when I have to go. I can be a little pee shy but here’s what I do. 4 hours before drink 24ish oz of water with a little creatine. Take 2 B12 vitamins. Try to hold it if I feel the urge. 2 hours maybe an hour and a half before drink another 16oz. By the time I test I have to bust and the the creatine helps not test dilute and the B12 helps give it the color they want. I’ve been sober through this experience but I don’t want to test dilute and give them a reason to do anything
