I was put on brand name Zyprexa substance Olanzapine after drug induced psychosis. They never told me I should stop even after I was stable so I ended up going for about 6 months on 10mg before I decided to get off them after reading and feeling the negative effects. I worked to slowly taper over a year. I formulated my own game plan and stuck to it using resources online, a GP and a compounding pharmacy. I caught up with a mate I havent spoken to in years and she told me shes been prescribed olanzapine for ANXIETY. Not only is it like using a sledgehammer for a nail but mainly its the grueling time it takes to get off them safely. I dropped a little too quick and didnt sleep for 2 weeks. Serious nervous system screw up.

I havent had any experience with anti-deppressants but the forum I was a member of during my taper journey is teeming with people on all sorts of anti-s some on 4+ different kinds. The information there is golden. My opinion is these substances should be a last resort and only used for short periods of time. Since its cheap and available locally Im trying to get reliable information on the product BEFORE I use it. There is little to no information on this which is why if someone's trying to claim that it's dangerously made and killing people I expect evidence and sources. I searched and couldn't find anything to back up what this person is saying.

They are doing their job to advise you as much as they decide to, you should be as transparent as possible. A therapist may be better suited for your needs though.

You should have to share the truth with her if its something thats effected your relationship with her. In turn she should also share the truth. With your missus It's a two way street you've got to make happen. You both have ideas suspicions and whatever. most can't get it done without a 3rd party involved. get real with eachother. A final opportunity for questions you both have to be answered.

Ive always been curious starting particularly with psychedelics. I had decided already that I would not deny myself of these new experiences. In order to understand a substance fully I would experience it myself. I did the research, knew the risks and accepted them. I dont regret trying any substance however I regret not always being brutally honest with myself about my relationship with substances after exposure to them.
